I feel it burn, super quiet, well balanced

For the past month and a half, I've made a lot of visits to the sporting good stores, test driving every Recumbent Bike there was to offer. I wanted durability at a good price. I did not want a model with fifteen cup holders with all these crazy electronics, and attachments for book holders and I-pods etc...plane jane as possible.

I'm 5'10" at 215 lbs and in the worst shape I've ever been in my whole life. My issues, the vertebrae from C1 - C6 are damaged, my shoulders and hips are affected by this. I'm in constant pain with no strength to lift as I used to. As a twenty five plus year automotive repair mechanic, I no longer use my career as a daily routine to stay fit. During the warmer months I ride a mountain bike, and take long walks I love it!!! but the downfall to this type of riding really plays a toll on my shoulders and neck. As I ride my wrists hurt and they will fall asleep ( carpel tunnel ) When I do my walks, I plan to stay out for at least two hours, it's too cold and with my work schedule it's not possible.

I gave this bike a good 20 minute run once I got it home. The bars up front were felt nice, I was able to really crank down without the feeling that the bike was going to tip over, what made this even nicer was the transition from full force pedaling to coasting as I went in to a casual pedal. There is NO Re-coil or loud noises ( I have wood floors )

Great Bike

We use the bike every day, great features, and the variety of programs is useful to change routines. Very easy to adjust seat for different users.

I LOVE this Bike!!!! I've had it for 6 months, and actually enjoy riding it!! First pc of excercise equipment I've ever bought that I really liked!!!

5.0R Recumbent

Great instructions, easy to put together. plan on 1.5 to 2.0 hours if you take your time. First few days it works great. Looks good in any room. Time will tell how it holds up. We compared it to Nordic Track, Schwinn and Life Core 850 which was over $300 more and we didn't think there was any appreciable difference. The instructions on using the electronics could be a little clearer, and I wish the electronics would shut down on their own. But overall very satisfied.
