I wanted to say thank you again! It was such a treat to deal a company that still thinks issues like warranties and customer satisfaction are important, something that is getting rare in this day and age. For example, I would tell you about a recent warranty experience with one of the big North American auto manufactures, but I was forced to sign a gag order (true story). Not only was the service exceptional, I picked up the replacement machine last night, and it was super easy to assemble, it was well packed with clear instructions. My wife ran on it this morning and really enjoyed it.

We recently ordered an elliptical and had issues with the installers as well as delayed delivery. They spent 3 hours in our home and left the unit with a number of pieces still in packaging and unit in disarray. My wife and I work in in careers where consumer insight and service drive our market success. That being said, we reached out to support, fully prepared to return for a refund and move on. Tim responded to our initial email the next day and was professional, offered solutions, and requested the needed follow up. We exchanged several emails over the next few days and Tim secured an installer to come to our home within less than a week. Not only is the unit now assembled but due to Tim’s interactions, we will look to purchase from you in the future as well as relate the service to our friends.

Hopefully your records show a female who helped us upon setup when the treadmill wouldn't move. She walked us through taking off the hood and checking for loose wires of which there was one. She eliminated the need for a service call and she was so positive throughout the whole conversation. Great tech!!!

I am very satisfied with the help I received from Horizon, a replacement motor was sent, and I installed it. It works great, thanks for the replacement motor, even though I could not furnish you with a receipt you went above and beyond, and I would definitely buy another Horizon product.

I wanted to thank you for your help during our phone conversation on July 16th. The information you provided was very valuable and the opportunity to obtain all these parts as a package price was pivotal. And, each part was correct for our treadmill. So no issues there either.

Stan, believe it or not, the motor worked! Before I received the motor, my wife said that if we needed to replace the treadmill, we need to stay with the same brand because of the great service advice we have received over time from your company.
