My experience was awesome. We have an old model elliptical. Joe and Kristen were extremely helpful in identifying the model and part numbers I needed to repair it. Mary was a great help when I ordered the parts. All in all I'm extremely happy wih my experience. Thanks for all the help.

Considering Shawn FAR exceeded my expectiations by being coutrious, helpful, patient and thourough and she was able to get me the right parts the next day - the only way you could improve my experience is to send a personal trainer to my home! If I was ever to need a replacement part again, I feel confident your company would work hard to help me get back in working order fast. While I trust anyone who would help me by phone if I needed help in the future would be excellent, if it was Shawn, I think I might actually find the inconvience of broken equipment enjoyable. Kudos to Shawn, but also to the managment who empower CSRs like Shawn to be their best. What a great organization. This experience with your company will keep you first and foremost in my mind for future equipment purchases.
