Karen was fantastic, you should be very happy to have a customer support person like her. She was knowledgeable, knew what she could do to assist, and when I asked for things beyond her level of authority, she let me know that she would need to speak with her supervisor and would get back to me shortly. She returned my call within about 90 minutes, quicker than she said. Customer service at its finest, it exceeded my expectations.

I am writing to tell you about the excellent service I received from one of your employees, Stan G. Recently we had trouble with our elliptical machine. I won't go into the details but throughout the course of getting this taken care of, I had the good fortune to end up working with Stan. To get my problem solved, we spoke several times on the phone. Stan was the ultimate in customer service professional. He was patient, offered suggestions, asked all the right questions and ultimately, solved my problem. He was always pleasant on the phone, and treated me as though I was the most important call he had taken that day. Thanks to Stan, I now have a fully functioning Elliptical machine that I can include in my personal exercise routine. The service I received from Stan was superb.
