From the moment I contacted Stan the problem was in resolve. He was extremely helpful! He was easy to contact and follow up with. I truly felt like he cared that I get my treadmill fixed and get back running. That is important to me and it seemed like it was important to him. As this was my first experience with customer support I was absolutely amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful the service rep was, and how thorough he was in explaining how to solve the problem. Stan was knowledgeable and very experienced with the issue I had with my treadmill. He took his time and ran through every possible scenario for the problem I had in order to find the correct diagnosis and remedy. His approach should be a model for all customer service representatives to follow.
